Totalmobile has announced it has secured a new contract with housing organisation Flagship Group , which will see the field service management software specialist help streamline housing repairs across its estate. Norwich-based Flagship Group is seeking to relieve the housing crisis in the East of England. The non-profit organisation owns over 32,000 homes across the region and employs more than 1,400 people. The Group comprises housing, repairs, and heating subsidiaries, as well as running a homelessness charity. It also builds homes for sale, reinvesting any profits towards its causes. The c.£1m contract, which was awarded via G-Cloud at the end of last year, will see Totalmobile’s Connect solution provide tenants and staff (both office-based and field-based) with the ability to schedule repairs and maintenance, providing real-time data on the status of all projects and employees. It forms part of Flagship Group’s digital transformation strategy and is intended to enhance efficiency, reduce repair times, and improve customer service.
