[Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn] At the 1,000-kilovolt ultra-high voltage Huainan Station’s GIS test site, staff members from State Grid Anhui Electric Power’s power science research institute carried out various tasks with the help of an ultra-high voltage (UHV) large-scale test management app. They effectively checked the test plan and equipment, and assigned test tasks and safety precautions to the team members. With the support of the app, every step was processed in order. By fully utilizing existing digital tools, the staff members of the institute integrated the business mid-end data and merged digital instruments to create the UHV large-scale test management platform. By detailing various test processes such as withstand voltage tests and start-up and commissioning tests, a standardized operational process system able to realize overall segmented control and local lean management was also set up. The overall test process was divided into four stages: preparation, connection, pressurization and disconnection, with each stage logically locked in sequence to ensure a standardized and informatized complex test process. With the support of the power grid’s equipment information base, the precise retrieval and intelligent push of technical standards and operation instruction cards […]
