Global management consultancy Sia Partners has bolstered its senior ranks in the Middle East with the appointment of two new Managing Directors, enhancing its Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity expertise in the region. Khalid El Bachraoui has joined the UAE office of Sia Partners , where he will lead the Digital Transformation and Customer Experience services of the firm. He also will co-spearhead the rollout of SiaXperience, the company’s business line that combines consulting with creative and digital solutions. Bringing over 15 years of expertise in management consulting, El Bachraoui has driven complex digital transformation initiatives and crafted customer-centric strategies across various sectors, including travel & transportation, energy & utilities, manufacturing, retail, and government. “My goal is to strengthen our digital and customer experience capabilities across the Middle East. This includes extending our presence and impact with existing customers while expanding our business into new sectors,” said El Bachraoui.
