The MoC will see the foursome create working groups to drive the state’s Digital Ethiopia 2025 transformation agenda forward. STE hopes the collaboration will “ accelerate ” innovation by leveraging the partners’ technological expertise. Specifically, the MoC commits the signatories to establish four joint working groups with the ambition of supporting new regulatory frameworks, and laying the groundwork for job creation and innovation.
