Daragh Phelan, Simon Grosse, Tim Ebenezer and Simon Walker RWK Goodman has revealed its role on a Reading-headquartered provider of digital transformation services on securing fresh backing from private equity firm CBPE, with LDC also reinvesting in the business. FSP provides a range of consultancy services to large companies and public sector organisations spanning digital transformation, cloud engineering, data and artificial intelligence, and cyber security. LDC originally backed the company in 2020. Since then, FSP has more than doubled revenues and headcount by expanding its customer base and services. The new investment has allowed FSP to buy cyber security consultancy Savanti, which has a team of almost 50 operating from its base in London. Both companies grew revenues by about 50 per cent in their most recent trading year, with the combined business expected to generate revenues of about £30m in the current year and employ more than 250 digital transformation and cyber specialists.
