The firm said that Lehosit has more than two decades of experience as a digital transformation leader and previously spent 10 years with RKD developing technology solutions that answered clients’ business needs. “Charles is uniquely qualified for this moment,” RKD Group Chairman & CEO Tim Kersten said in a statement. “We’re thrilled that he’s returning to help our clients navigate the increasing importance of digital as an accelerant to fundraising growth.” RKD said that Lehosit will lead its embedded digital practice area offering end-to-end capabilities, guided by his expertise in multichannel engagement, digital analytics, technology strategy, application development and conversion optimization. “I’m honored to serve our clients in this capacity,” Lehosit said. “More than ever, nonprofit leaders want partners that can guide data-driven decisions into scalable digital fundraising activations.
