River Ridge making progress on major spec building

(photo courtesy of River Ridge Development Authority) JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. – Crews are nearing completion of a more than 1 million-square-foot speculative building at the River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville. When complete, the Gateway 1000 building will be the third of its size at the southern Indiana business park. Financial details of the project are not being disclosed. Gateway 1000 sits on more than 74 acres of land. Crews recently completed installing the exterior walls of the building, which will ultimately include 100 dock doors with a ceiling clear height of 40 feet. The project is being developed by VanTrust Real Estate, which has an office in Columbus, Ohio.
