Job Overview
The remote assistant will report to the General Manager of the business and be able to work in your desired location and time zone. Hours are flexible and you can decide your own schedule up to on average 40 hours a week. You will work on project items that check-in every week.
The assistant will be responsible for supporting the manager in running the business by performing the following responsibilities.
– Research online to help facilitate projects and compose reports for internal use or customers
– Sorting and sending mail
– Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
– Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks
– Completing banking transactions and carrying out basic bookkeeping
– Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
– Answer customer inquiries
Qualifications
– Willing to learn and improve
– Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
– Good English oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
– Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
– Able to learn and adapt the use of variable technology, PM tool, Spreadsheet, Quickbook, Office Suite
– Understand the essentials of customer service
– Current college students preferred
