Rag & Bone partners with Astound Commerce to leverage digital transformation

Image Courtesy: Rag & Bone Facebook In order to speed up its global D2C operations, rag & bone teamed up with Astound Commerce to develop an e-commerce platform based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This platform will aid the company in its efforts to achieve its digital transformation goals and vision by using its proprietary accelerator, Launch 360: Storefront It also has built-in Page Designer modules which let brands provide customisation options, strong merchandising, and compelling narratives to customers without interference from the development team. The fashion brand also utilises rating and review e-commerce features to boost exposure. To better serve the brand’s cross-functional processes and omnichannel capabilities, Astound upgraded the CRM to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and switched to a new ERP system. Fulfilment operations were centralised by integrating new payment providers (including an end-to-end cross-border solutions provider) and replacing rag & bone’s order management system (OMS). The brand’s ability to implement omnichannel strategies, such as Click and Collect, was unlocked by the new OMS and the checkout process was also optimised.
