(VOVWORLD) -On the 94th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Monday held a dialogue with youth in Hanoi, focusing on science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. Prime Minister Chinh and leaders of ministries and sectors answered questions about startups, basic science, high-quality human resources, AI, semiconductors, and policies to pool talents.
