Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) marks a key milestone in its digital transformation with the launch of its cutting-edge Digital Intelligence Operations Center (DIOC). This advanced facility underscores Indosat’s dedication to using artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance service for over 100 million customers across Indonesia. The DIOC, inaugurated by Vikram Sinha of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and Simon Lin of Huawei Asia-Pacific, marks a strategic partnership between the two companies. Serving as the hub of Indosat’s network operations, the DIOC will offer real-time insights and proactive service management, merging traditional Network Operations and Service Operations Centers.
