Colombia’s Ministry of Information Technology and Communications (Mintic) said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Huawei to promote the country’s technological transformation. The partners said the aim of the agreement is to continue strengthening the digital skills of Colombians and create new spaces that meet the needs of the future.
