Standard insurance processes like policy issuance, claim settlement, and pre-medical check-ups are undergoing digital integration, transforming customer experiences and streamlining operations. At HDFC ERGO, we have introduced multilingual support on digital platforms- (a) self-help chatbot ‘DIA’, which is available in both English and Hindi (b) AI-enabled WhatsApp bot ‘MyRA’ which offers assistance to customers in 12 languages.
