DIGITAL ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION, INDIA PARADIGM: DIGITAL ENTERPRISE MATURITY INDEX

“Think of digital transformation less as a technology project to be finished than as a state of perpetual agility, always ready to evolve for whatever customers want next, and you’ll be pointed down the right path.” — Amit Zavery, VP and Head of Platform, Google Cloud This is the eleventh of the multi-part blog series titled ‘DIGITAL ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION, INDIA PARADIGM’ and encapsulates the theme of the flagship NASSCOM-Avasant Digital Maturity Index , covering three broad dimensions, namely, Digital Strategy and Investments, Technology Adoption, and Digital Talent , and fourteen primary parameters that constitute the Index. The Index outlines the five maturity categories – Beginners, Followers, Strivers, Accelerators, and Transformers – defined on a scale of 1 to 5, in ascending order from least to most mature, with Transformers being on the higher end of the digital maturity spectrum.
