Deloitte NZ taps Dynatrace to boost system visibility and drive transformation

High-quality data was critical to inform business and product strategies, optimise and automate processes and drive continuous improvements, the firm said. However, the scale and complexity of data from modern cloud ecosystems, combined with the increased use of open source solutions, open APIs, and other customised instrumentation made it hard to achieve this goal. “When we talk to our clients, we hear concerns about business resiliency and the lack of visibility around the health of key business platforms, all of which translate to risk for business leaders,” said Damian Harvey, Deloitte partner and engineering lead. Dynatrace, however, delivered deep insights into the operation of platforms across legacy infrastructure, cloud and SaaS.
