Introduction In China, urbanization has progressed to the stage of digital transformation, with the construction of smart communities playing a pivotal role in advancing this transition 1 , 2 . Guided by the strategic framework outlined in the National 14th Five-Year Plan 3 , accelerating digital development and building a “Digital China” have emerged as critical priorities in contemporary urban planning and construction. Aligned with this strategy, the government of Zhejiang Province has issued "The Digital Construction Guideline of Future Community (Trial) V1.52", which delineates the objectives, framework and strategies for the digital construction of future communities. The guideline emphasizes the design and development of innovative digital urban functional units, aiming to realize nine core scenarios: neighborhood, education, health, entrepreneurship, transportation, environment, service, and architecture 4 . According to the "Smart Community Construction and Operation Guide (2021)" 5 issued by the State Informational Center, a smart community represents an innovative model of community management and service system.
