The ISG Provider Lens™ Digital Business Innovation Services report reveals that companies are forming strategic partnerships with service providers to implement AI, automation, cloud computing, and extended reality (XR) technologies. Brazilian firms are focusing on implementing automation and AI to deliver personalized customer experiences, despite challenges including skill gaps and data security concerns. The retail sector is leveraging augmented reality for virtual product trials, while healthcare providers are using XR for interactive consultations. Manufacturers are combining digital twins with XR for factory monitoring and training. The report evaluates 57 providers across four quadrants, with Accenture, AI/R, and Globant named as Leaders in three quadrants each.
