The company received 1,373 creative ideas from employees, with 138 implemented, marking a 29% increase from the 1,063 ideas submitted in 2023. This surge in innovation led to a 400% increase in financial benefits, rising from AED 1.39 million to AED 6.94 million compared to the previous year. Since its inception, ENOC’s Innovation Scheme has implemented 743 employee ideas, generating a total financial gain of AED 99.2 million. British Cycling has announced a five-year digital transformation partnership with global consultancy Elixirr. The partnership, which ‘aims to transform user experience and provide enriched, personalised offerings for fans’, sees Elixirr appointed as British Cycling’s official digital transformation partner.
