ENOC Group, a leading global energy player, ended 2024 on a high note with a significant boost in employee-driven innovation. The company received 1,373 creative ideas from employees, with 138 implemented, marking a 29% increase from the 1,063 ideas submitted in 2023. This surge in innovation led to a 400% increase in financial benefits, rising from AED 1.39 million to AED 6.94 million compared to the previous year. Since its inception, ENOC’s Innovation Scheme has implemented 743 employee ideas, generating a total financial gain of AED 99.2 million. The initiative aligns with UAE Innovates, one of the largest innovation festivals globally, underscoring ENOC’s commitment to enhancing operations and fostering innovation within the UAE.
