AI71 Partners with Morocco to Advance Digital Transformation Strategy

At Gitex Global 2024, AI71, a company specializing in AI-driven industry solutions, signed an agreement with Morocco’s Ministry of Digital Transformation and Administrative Reform. The collaboration aims to support Morocco’s Digital Morocco 2030 strategy, a national initiative focused on advancing the country’s digital transformation efforts. The agreement was formalized at the Dubai World Trade Center, with the signing conducted by His Excellency Faisal Al Bannai, Secretary General of the Advanced Technology Research Council, and Her Excellency Ghita Mezzour, the Delegate-Minister in charge of Digital Transition and Administration Reform. Under this partnership, AI71 and the ministry will work together to integrate AI solutions that could improve citizens’ access to government services, making them user-friendly and accessible. In addition to the government collaboration, AI71 is awarding $100,000 in compute power to four AI startups based in Morocco. This comes after a join competition between AI71 and the ministry, aimed at fostering AI innovation in the country. The competition, which began at Gitex Africa earlier this year, invited 200 sartups to present their AI solutions.
