Fawad Ahmad has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Customer Officer, while Omar Khan becomes Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer. Ahmad, previously Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at State Farm, brings over 20 years of experience in global products and digital transformations. He will oversee ADT’s operations, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.
