ADFD Announces Major Digital Health Initiative for Jordan Worth AED370 Million

Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) has announced an AED370 million investment to support Jordan’s Ministry of Health’s digital transformation. The initiative, aligned with Jordan’s Economic Modernisation Vision 2023-2025, aims to enhance the UAE’s leadership role in global digital transformation and advanced technology. This project is part of a broader AED1.468 billion UAE grant to fund development projects in Jordan. The project will be implemented by Presight, a UAE-based company, in collaboration with the Jordanian Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. It will establish an integrated health information exchange system, linking healthcare facilities across Jordan to a unified digital platform. The platform is designed to improve the efficiency, accessibility, and reliability of health services in the country, contributing to Jordan’s digital transformation efforts in the healthcare sector.
