WINWIN AI Center of Excellence at the Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with business and the AI community, is starting to develop a national large language model (LLM). This will accelerate the integration of AI into the government, business, and key areas of life for Ukrainians. A large language model is a neural network that works similarly to the human brain and can analyze and generate text. It will serve as the foundation for creating chatbots and AI assistants for the government and businesses, improving services for users and enhancing organizational efficiency. “We are beginning to work on the Ukrainian large language model. This will be the first Ukrainian-language model on a national scale, which will help accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence into the public sector, defense, and business. Countries that actively and strategically develop AI already have national LLMs. Ukraine is also moving in this direction.
