HR firms urged to embrace digital transformation to stay competitive

Accra, March 4, GNA – Ms Elsie Appau, the Managing Director, Acreaty Ghana Limited has called on Human Resource (HR) firms to embrace digital transformation to stay competitive. She said the firms could leverage technology to streamline recruitment, employee management, training, and HR analytics. Ms Appau made the call in a presentation on Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation in HR Firms at the International Digital Workplace Summit (IDWS) held in Arusha, Tanzania. The Summit was on the theme: “The Future of Work in the Digital Economy.” The presentation explored how digital tools and innovation were reshaping the HR industry, enhancing efficiency, and driving business growth. It also explored the limitations in practice and offer some solutions for the future of work. She said digital entrepreneurship was transforming the HR industry and AI, automation, and analytics were enhancing HR efficiency, adding the future of HR was digital. She said automating HR tasks reduced administrative burdens, AI-powered tools streamline recruitment and onboarding, and cloud-based HR solutions eliminated large infrastructure investments.
