Devoli teams with Quanton to extend bot-based process automation

The new automation bots will ensure Devoli’s local broadband provider customers can get any issues resolved quickly while also allowing the company’s customer success team more time off over the holidays. Devoli, which recently ranked top in Deloitte’s 2024 Masters of Growth Awards , provides broadband services from local fibre companies, such as Chorus and Enable, to retailers such as Contact Energy, Nova Energy and Pulse Energy as well as to managed service providers. The partnership significantly improved Devoli’s Automation Centre of Excellence and ensured strong governance so the company could continue to harness the benefits of automation and AI. Devoli chief financial officer Blair Woodbury said the company was seeking to make its 11-strong customer success team feel like a “team of 100” by automating repeatable tasks to allow human workers to focus on more complex, thought-based tasks.
