Lucas Lu, President of Huawei ICT Assurance and Operations Services, addressed the session, pointed out that the rapid pace of digital intelligence transformation across industries, coupled with the continuous innovation of business models and the evolution of infrastructure towards a cloud-based, distributed, and intelligent architecture, presents significant challenges to O&M and operations.
