India’s second-largest information technology company Infosys has announced an extension of its collaboration with Posti, a leading delivery and logistics services provider in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics. The renewed engagement will see Infosys leverage its artificial intelligence (AI)-driven approach, powered by its generative AI offering, Infosys Topaz, to enhance Posti’s customer experience and operational efficiency. Infosys will also utilise its cloud-enabled Infosys Cobalt platform to deliver NextGen Application Management Services through the Live Enterprise Application Management Platform (LEAP). This will support Posti’s cloud transformation journey, helping the company scale its IT operations and drive business productivity, the company said in a statement. Over the past five years, Infosys has played a key role in improving the resilience of Posti’s IT systems, reducing outages, and bolstering the company’s ability to prevent and respond to cyber threats. The partnership has also enabled Posti to modernise its consumer-facing applications and replace legacy systems.
