Positively leading digital transformation to serve public

Recognising the urgency and significance of digital transformation, from the very beginning, Major Nguyen Ngoc Sang, Deputy Chief of Police Station of Hai Chau 1 Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang, focused on researching and developing practical models to bring legal education and crime prevention efforts closer to the public, making them more effective. Understanding the importance of applying IT and digital transformation in managing local areas, residents, and crime prevention, Mr. Sang began his research in 2021. After a period of searching for information and persistent effort, he created a comprehensive guide for the "3 Protection” movement model, helping residents grasp its details more clearly. This handbook was meticulously developed both in content and format, offering practical benefits and meeting the needs of the police’s work.
