Appian publishes Q2 financial results Process automation vendor Appian published its second quarter 2024 financial results , reflecting a 19 percent year-over-year increase in cloud subscription revenue (US $88.4 million). Total subscriptions revenue, which includes sales of cloud subscriptions, on-premises term license subscriptions and maintenance and support, increased 20 percent year-over-year to $113.0 million, Appian stated.
