Anas noted in a statement from his ministry here on Saturday that a leader in bureaucracy plays an influential role in helping their team achieve development targets. He affirmed that an organization’s digital capability is significantly determined by human resources factors such as leadership, work culture, and mindset. So far, an organization’s digital capability has been considered to be largely determined by technical factors such as mastery of the most advanced technology, ownership of advanced research and development facilities, or the ability to apply digital technology.
