TOKYO and MADRID, Sep 6. 2023 – NTT DATA , a global digital business and IT services leader, and Ferrovial, a global infrastructures operator that originated in Spain, have today announced a strategic partnership to drive the digital transformation of the infrastructure and transportation sector globally. The alliance combines the resources, experience and expertise of both companies in their respective areas of specialization. The objective is to promote innovative solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability while exploring new opportunities in order to lead the way at a global level by leveraging both partners’ services and products in various fields, such as the construction and operation of data centers. NTT DATA’s technology capabilities will accelerate the digitalization of Ferrovial in all its markets and will be applied to a diversified portfolio of projects, such as toll management systems on its toll roads.
