Data at the core of digital transformation: How Calibo enhances NatureSweet’s yield forecast capability

Digital transformation continues to be a big buzzword, with data taking center stage. As a single-source solution for greenhouse-grown vegetables, NatureSweet enjoys optimal productivity based on accurate yield forecast thanks to Calibo Inc.’s digital product and end-to-end platform, according to Noe Angel (pictured, right), chief information officer of NS Brands Ltd. (NatureSweet). “At the beginning before all this journey, we usually had 85% of accuracy in the forecast for all the production in the greenhouses,” Angel said. “Right now, we are in a range of between 92, 95% accuracy thinking about one, two, three weeks in forecast in the future. Once we decided to go directly with Calibo, they build the whole platform, the architecture really quick.
