The pandemic gave way to economic crisis, which led to a Cost-of-Living crisis, which created a Cost-of-Giving crisis . The sector has proved its resilience, facing crises head-on, and digital played a significant role in that fight. Digital provided solution after solution. It helped charities switch to remote working, reduce costs, extend reach, improve agility, boost return on investment, meet user needs despite increased demands, and much more. Indeed, for some charities, digital transformation proved key to survival. But a reluctance towards digital lingers.
