(23/05/23) Saudia has chosen Accenture to help the airline upgrade its services through a digital transformation program. Through the deal, Saudia plans to use artificial intelligence technologies designed to enhance its digital infrastructure, building more than 260 new digital and electronic services over a two-year period. All the digital systems developed by Accenture will be designed specifically for Saudia, increasing operational efficiency and reducing operational costs, thanks to a new enterprise-wide cloud-based data foundation.
