Publicis continues Latin American expansion with Practia digital transformation deal

Publicis Groupe’s expansion in Latin America continues with its acquisition of Practia. Publicis has acquired Buenos Aires-based Practia for an undisclosed sum / Unsplash Practia, a leading digital transformation agency based in Buenos Aires, has been acquired by French holding company Publicis Groupe for an undisclosed sum. The deal is set to merge the Argentinian agency’s tech and consultancy services into Publicis Sapient, the holding company‘s principal digital transformation business and a driver of much of its recent revenue. The addition of Practia will enable Publicis Sapient to break into Latin America and further grow its geographic footprint, as well as expand its digital business transformation capabilities and global distributed delivery model,” said Arthur Sadoun, chairman and chief executive officer of Publicis. “In light of the growing demand for digital business transformation, Publicis Groupe is scaling its expertise in Latin America to better serve its clients and help them win in commerce.” Advertisement Practia was founded in 1995.
