In an email, COO Andy Campion said the company’s digital transformation is "well underway." Nike announced its interim new technology leaders this week. The announcement came roughly two weeks after the surprise resignation of Ratnakar Lavu , the company’s global chief digital information officer. In an email sent to employees, and viewed by Insider, Chief Operating Officer Andy Campion said Deepak Arora and Ryan Fusselman will serve as interim co-heads of global technology for the "foreseeable future." Arora, a roughly five-year Nike veteran, oversees the company’s digital marketing efforts inside the company’s global technology arm. Fusselman, a 10-year Nike veteran, serves as the company’s chief information security officer. In the email, Campion said the "co-leader" structure will "create day-to-day leadership leverage and speed in decision-making."
