National Guard commander inducted into ISU College of Business Hall of Fame

Rich Neely was inducted into the College of Business’ 2023 Hall of Fame at Illinois State University on Thursday. Neely is also the adjutant general of Illinois. He is a 1989 graduate from the university. He also has a master’s degree in public administration, policy and leadership from the National Defense University. Neely was among five individuals inducted into the Hall of Fame. He offered advice to College of Business students during the ceremony. Maj. Gen.
