Atkins Community Development Corporation, as well as the Winston-Salem Black Chamber of Commerce, to provide resources and networking opportunities to those looking to start a business in the triad, with a focus on ways to get talented black entrepreneurs equal access to startup capital. "When we poll our Winston-Salem Black Chamber members and when I talk to clients and others in the community, one of the biggest challenges they face is access to capital and networking opportunities," Patterson said.
